Once your appointment is booked that time & slot is reserved especially for you and is very important to me! I understand that life can sometimes get in the way and you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment! Therefore, i respectfully ask for 24 hours notice minimum before your scheduled appointment time if your needing to cancel/rearrange before a cancellation fee is required. Clients cancelling within less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee (prices may vary from each treatment)

If, for any reason, you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment please give at least 48 hours for your deposit to be carried over. Deposits are non refundable.

Please wear a face mask covering if possible, we also have sufficient supply in clinic if you do not have one space in clinic is limited so please attend your appointment alone when possible. Hand sanitiser is wall mounted in every room, we require everyone who arrives and leaves to use this for your own safety.
