Once your appointment is booked that time slot is reserved especially for you. We understand that life gets in the way and is easy to mistake an appointment for a different day or time or you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Therefore we respectfully ask for 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

At Lisa Jay Aesthetics we take complaints extremely seriously and if you would like to make a complaint then please email us and we will look into this. We take pride in our centre and want every client and student to feel comfortable therefore it is crucial that we keep providing this service to the highest standard available.
